How you can tell which phone number to use? Pick the number you think is closest to your home or office. Then use any ordinary phone (not cell) and dial the number using no leading '1' or '860'. If you hear the shrill sound of our equipment, you will know it is a toll free call. If you get a 'please dial 1' then, try the next most likely number. And to answer another common question, the 'tioga' signature in the email address you see from me just tells you which of our many servers actually sent you the mail, and it is totally irrelevant otherwise. If you need to respond to me, it will not matter whether you have the 'tioga' in the address or not.
