Dear Mohawk Internet Dial-up Customer.
The following are the valid CONNECTICUT dial-up access phone numbers. Please print these for your files. You will need to change to one of these numbers BEFORE JANUARY 1, 2004! Explanation to follow.
Your account will work from any of these locations EVEN if you are a New York customer! (toll free only in Connecticut)
Otherwise, use whichever number is a local call for your computer. WHY? Mohawk installed all new circuits when we moved out of the Cornwall Bridge Road building. But it turns out that the old 0040 circuit is better suited to all of our needs than is the new circuit. We therefore have gone back to that circuit. We realize it is a burden on you, our valued customer, to have to change your phone number again. To make that change as easy as possible, the phone numbers will overlap until Jan 1, 2004. There are instructions on our web site www.mohawk.net which explain how to change the phone number, or call 860-364-5680 for assistance.
